TODAY'S EXERCISE

Step 1:

We often overestimate what we can get done in 1 year but underestimate what we can do in 5.

Set some big goals for 5 years out from now.

Step 2:
Take a few minutes now and "reverse engineer" what you believe you could (or need to) start doing now to move you in the direction of those big goals, dreams, and vision.

Ask yourself on the walk questions like:

What things I need to start saying "no" to?

Where do I need to establish stronger boundaries?

Where do I have the opportunity to more powerfully live in alignment with my core values?

Step 3:

What are the first things you are going to say "no" to; (re)establish a boundary around; upgrade your commitment + integrity to some core value(s); or similar that will help you give more time & energy to things you care most about in life.
