We’re here with a relatively quick one this week…

…and that’s because the key ingredient here is you.

Well, you + your answer to this question: 

What do you care about most & value most in your life?

And what can you do, both immediately & over time, to help you get more of what you want.

There are so many ways to do life…..so many ways to (consciously and/or unconsciously) relate to others…

…so many ways to engage with your work, your health, your [anything + everything]

Pick a few core pillars to focus on at the start.

Or rank a bunch of them and then address them in priority order 1 - 2 at a time.

Whatever works for you!  

(kinda the point of the entire newsletter lol 😉)

It can be as specific or as general as you want.

It can be internal like experimenting with different breathing patterns to see what feels best for you.

Try it and see what effect different breath rhythms can have on:

- your energy

- your focus

- your physical performance

- your nervous system

It can be external like the way you set up the physical spaces you occupy most.

Ask yourself how you can use them to maximize their ability to direct you towards better choices. Think about choices that impact  your health, your happiness, your success, etc
