Step 1:

Go on a 20+ minute walk today without your phone or headphones.
 

Use the time to go within and ask yourself what are the things you most want
to be, do, have, or experience this year. 


Step 2:

Ask yourself on the walk questions like:

- What things I need to start saying "no" to?

- Where do I need to establish stronger boundaries?

- Where do I have the opportunity to more powerfully live
in alignment with my core values?


Step 3:

What are the first things that you are going to act on IMMEDIATELY?

- What are you are going to say "no" to?

- What will you (re)establish a boundary around?

- What thing(s) will you renew your commitment + integrity to?

- What else can you do to give you more time & energy
for things you care most about in life?
